What’s On At Manchester’s Co-op Live Arena?

There’s always something exciting happening in Manchester, but now that the Co-Op Live arena (on the Etihad Campus, next to the City of Manchester Stadium) is open for business, there’s even more to keep you well entertained.
If you’ve booked a stay at an Airbnb near the Co-op Live over the next few months, it would be most foolish indeed not to pop over to the arena to see what’s going on…but what to do? What to see?
Here’s a rundown of some of the top events taking place between now and the end of the year. Whatever you’re into, you’re sure to have a wonderful time!
Music
Manchester is famous around the world for its music scene and there are lots of amazing gigs happening over the next few months. We’ve got Lewis Capaldi taking to the stage in September, Architects in October, Richard Ashcroft in November, Hans Zimmer Live in December… and many more!
Sport
Into your boxing? Then head to the arena in November for a match-up between Josh Buatsi and Zach Parker, two leading heavyweight contenders primed and ready to trade mighty blows.
Tickets aren’t on sale just yet, so keep checking back – although you can download the Co-op app and become a member to access presale tickets to get ahead of the queue.
Comedy
If you’re in need of a giggle, then have we got some treats in store for you this October! On the 4th, we welcome John Bishop to the stage, celebrating an incredible 25-year career, and then on the 24th Jason Manford will be on hand to deliver his brand-new live show A Manford All Seasons. Fabulous!
Whatever it is you decide to go and see, you’re sure to have an incredible time. And the even better news is that the arena is just a short 15-minute walk (or an even shorter tram ride) into the city centre, so you can prolong the fun for as long as you like!
